Elevation Hotel & Spa joined the Triptease community with the aim of optimising revenue and getting disparities under control. Since going live with the Triptease Platform in November 2016, the hotel has seen its direct channel overtake OTAs as the leading source of bookings.

A speedy integration meant that the Direct Booking Platform was live and saving Elevation money within a week of the hotel putting pen to paper.
Disparities, previously a real issue, are now well under control. The hotel has seen direct bookings jump from 47% of all rooms to over 55%, saving valuable money on OTA commissions in the process.
